Riyadh Second Health Cluster

Riyadh Second Health Cluster (R2) provides a broad spectrum of healthcare delivery at all levels. It consists of a specialized medical city (King Fahd Medical City), 9 hospitals, 3 dental medical centers, a kidney diseases medical center, and 107 primary healthcare centers covering the Eastern and Northern areas of the Riyadh Region.

R2 delivers a wide range of training for all health and non-health specialties across its entities. Training opportunities include long-term programs, short-term courses, online courses, simulation programs, life support programs, and other professional development activities. The organization has strong relations with many academic entities and national authorities to establish special training programs based on local market needs.

Training is managed through three associate executive administrations: Academic Studies, Professional Development and Simulation, and the Learning Institute. These departments oversee postgraduate programs, conferences, workshops, simulation programs, online education, and educational collaborations.
