Dr. Amer Ahmad

Dr. Amer S. Ahmad is a Jordanian orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and spine surgery. He completed his medical degree at the University of Jordan and orthopaedic residency at Islamic Hospital and The Specialty Hospital in Amman. He subsequently completed a spine clinical fellowship at University of Louisville/Norton Leatherman Spine and an orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship at the University of Kentucky. His clinical interests include minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal disorders, sports injuries, arthroscopy, knee and shoulder surgery and joint reconstruction. He returned to Islamic Hospital in 2025 as an Orthopedic Sports and Spine Surgery Specialist.
