13th UHS Pediatric and Neonatal International Conference

We are pleased to welcome you to the 13th UHS Pediatric and Neonatal International Conference, taking place with pre-conference workshops and main sessions on 22–24 January 2026 in Dubai at the Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan Hotel & Convention Center. The programme brings together international and regional neonatologists, paediatricians, nurses, and allied health professionals for high-level scientific exchange. Expect oral presentations, interactive workshops, and poster sessions focused on practical updates that clinicians can apply immediately in neonatal and paediatric care. Conference chair Prof. Hakam Yaseen and the organising and scientific committees have curated a curriculum spanning prematurity, IUGR, neonatal jaundice, BPD, PPHN, sepsis, neonatal respiratory disease and ventilation, plus paediatric infections, nutrition and growth, vaccination updates, allergic disease, dermatology, endocrinology, childhood diabetes, and asthma. Who should attend: general and community paediatricians, neonatologists, paediatric and neonatal nurses, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams supporting critically ill newborns and children. Sessions are designed for both consultants and trainees seeking CME-accredited learning with clear take-home protocols. Learning outcomes include recognising high-risk neonatal presentations earlier, refining respiratory and sepsis pathways, strengthening vaccination and nutrition counselling, and aligning team-based care with current evidence. Pre-conference workshops deepen hands-on skills before plenary and case-based discussions across the three-day scientific programme. Faculty will also address quality improvement, family-centred neonatal care, and safe transitions from NICU to outpatient follow-up, helping teams reduce variation and improve outcomes for vulnerable infants and children across the region.
