Jordanian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists

Founded in 1979, The Jordanian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (JSOG) is a professional medical organization dedicated to the advancement of obstetric and gynecological practice in Jordan. The society advocates for high ethical standards and continuous professional development, ensuring that local practitioners remain updated with the latest global medical research and clinical practices.

JSOG supports more than six specialized sub-groups, including fertility, urogynecology, maternal-fetal medicine, and laparoscopic surgery. Through international partnerships, workshops, and scientific conferences, the society aims to elevate the quality of healthcare provided to women across Jordan, with a strong commitment to social responsibility and improving healthcare access in underserved regions.
