Nestlé Health Science in Switzerland
Sue Jones is a paediatric dietitian and public health professional with extensive international experience in paediatric nutrition, food allergy and medical affairs. She currently serves as Global Medical Affairs Lead for Paediatric Allergy at Nestlé Health Science in Switzerland.
She holds a Master of Public Health from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition, Biology and Dietetics from London Metropolitan University. Her career has included clinical dietetics roles at the Royal Free Hospital in London and National University Hospital Singapore, as well as international public-health work with Save the Children South Africa and UNICEF.
Her current work focuses particularly on paediatric allergy and nutrition, including cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA), infant nutrition, nutritional management of food allergy and the translation of clinical evidence and international guidelines into healthcare practice. She has also contributed to published research in this area, including work on tools used in the assessment of cow’s-milk-related symptoms in infants.
She is active in international professional education and has presented on the diagnosis and nutritional management of CMPA. At the ASCIA 2025 conference, for example, she presented on new international guidelines for CMPA diagnosis and management.
