—Served as the Founder and President of the Egyptian Institution of Scientific Pediatrics, Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism and Nutrition (EISPEDN) and Conference President for the EPIC annual congress series.

—Authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed clinical studies and international Cochrane systematic reviews on pediatric type 1 diabetes management, microvascular complications, diabetic nephropathy, and disorders of sex development (DSD).

—Contributed to regional position statements and consensus guidelines published with the Arabic Association for the Study of Diabetes and Metabolism (AASD) covering diabetes care, fasting considerations during Ramadan, and nutritional recommendations for young patients.
