Prof. Mohamed El Desoky

Prof. Mohamed El Desoky is an Egyptian gastrointestinal surgeon and Professor of Gastrointestinal Surgery at the Gastroenterology Surgical Center, Mansoura University. He is also a member of the center's Liver Transplantation Team. His academic and clinical work covers gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary surgery, including surgery for pancreatic, colorectal and liver conditions.

He has contributed to research involving hepatic surgery, pancreatic surgery, colorectal surgery and gastrointestinal malignancies. His published work includes studies on the surgical management of giant hepatic hemangiomas, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, pancreaticoduodenectomy outcomes and laparoscopic colorectal surgery.
