He has delivered 150+ invited lectures at major national and international scientific societies, including ASRM, ESHRE, CFAS, MEFS, ACOG, GynFoch, and UAE Reproductive Symposium. He has received prestigious awards from the Lebanese Society of Obstetrics-Gynecology (2017) and the Middle East Fertility Society (2025).
He also serves as a reviewer for leading journals in REI, including the NEJM, Fertility and Sterility, Human Reproduction, RBMOnline, and JARG.
Prof. Dahdouh is a globally recognized expert in IVF, reproductive genetics, and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT). He played a pivotal role in advancing Quebec’s publicly funded IVF program as Immediate Past Chair of the Ministry of Health ART Committee. At CHU Sainte-Justine, he developed a fully integrated ART platform encompassing PGT, advanced RPL management, and Canada’s largest adolescent onco-fertility program.
A highly experienced reproductive surgeon, he has performed thousands of oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers, achieving pregnancy rates exceeding 64% per single frozen untested blastocyst transfer.
