Prof. Anand Marya

Professor Anand Marya is an internationally recognized orthodontist, academic leader, and researcher working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and clinical dentistry. He serves as Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Puthisastra, Cambodia, and is President-elect of the International Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research–Southeast Asian Division. With more than 260 peer-reviewed publications, Professor Marya has contributed extensively to artificial intelligence in dentistry, digital orthodontics, Class III malocclusion management, and evidence-based clinical practice. His work encompasses AI-assisted diagnosis, predictive modeling, automated cephalometric analysis, digital treatment planning, and the responsible implementation of emerging technologies in dental care and education. Recognized among Stanford/Elsevier’s World’s Top 2% Scientists, he is a frequent keynote speaker at international conferences and an active contributor to global academic and professional organizations.
