Ms. Michele Bolles is a senior healthcare quality and outcomes leader at the American Heart Association (AHA), where she serves as Executive Vice President for Quality, Outcomes Research & Analytics (QORA). Her work focuses on healthcare quality improvement, outcomes research, analytics, certification, and the development of systems that support better cardiovascular and stroke care. Her role places her within the AHA's efforts to translate evidence and quality standards into measurable improvements in healthcare delivery.
She has spent more than three decades with the American Heart Association and has held senior leadership responsibilities related to healthcare quality, certification, outcomes measurement, and research. Her work is particularly relevant to the AHA's healthcare quality certification programs, including initiatives designed to help hospitals establish evidence-based systems of care and improve cardiovascular outcomes.
