Ms. Katy Naylor

Katy Naylor is an Orthoptist and Head of Education at Moorfields Eye Hospitals UAE. She graduated in Orthoptics from Sheffield University in 2004 and began her career at Moorfields Eye Hospital London, where she gained experience across ocular motility, paediatrics, neuro-ophthalmology, visual screening, emergency services and paediatric glaucoma. In 2010, she obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education specialising in medical education from UCL and subsequently completed an MSc in Healthcare Management and Leadership. Her career combines specialist orthoptic practice with medical education, professional training and healthcare leadership.
