Dr Jorge Hallak has been an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of São Paulo Medical School – FMUSP since 2018. Obtained his Doctorate in Medicine – Division of Urology (1999, FMUSP) and PhD at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation (1998, CCF-Ohio, USA).

Currently, he is the Head of the Sexual Medicine and Andrology Section in the Division of Urology, Department of Surgery, at the University of São Paulo Medical School Clinical Hospital (HCFMUSP) and the Coordinator of the Reproductive Toxicology Unit. As an Associate professor, I continuously mentor medical students, trainees, master's, doctoral, and post-doc students. Dr Hallak has published, as an author or coauthor, over 180 scientific papers and chapters in peer-reviewed international journals, and over 450 international meeting presentations, and has held 37 National and International prizes and awards with his students. Founder and Director of Androscience - Science and Innovation Center in Andrology. A High-Complexity Clinical and Research Andrology Laboratory dedicated to providing cutting-edge, high-quality services in male infertility & sexual dysfunction evaluation and treatment, as well as developing and conducting clinical and basic science translational studies in the field with clinical applicability and change-making proposals towards more robust andrology.
