NICU
ennifer is a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner and lactation consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in the NICU. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Truman State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. Passionate about evidence-based practice and quality improvement, Jennifer has led and collaborated on numerous projects aimed at improving outcomes for the most vulnerable patients. Her work has been featured in several publications and abstracts on neonatal care. She also serves on the editorial board for NeoReviews and is actively engaged with her state’s perinatal quality collaborative.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys reading, being active, and traveling. She especially loves spending time with her husband and their two young boys, often cheering them on at school and sporting events.
