Hisham AbouAlloul

Hisham AbouAlloul is a healthcare professional specializing in critical care, organ donation and transplantation, healthcare coordination, and medical education. He currently serves as Regional Manager of Organ Donation in Dubai at the UAE National Centre for Regulating Donation and Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues under the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). In this role, he is involved in coordinating organ donation processes and related logistics across donor and transplant hospitals in the UAE.

His professional background also includes nursing and critical care. An official EHS conference publication identifies him as Hisham Jameel AbouAlloul, Organ Donation Coordinator and DCU Nurse, and describes previous work as a Staff Nurse at GMA Health Care Group in Dubai, as well as experience as a Clinical Educator, Course Instructor, and Military Training Manager.
