Dr. Yanal Salam is a Consultant in Internal Medicine and Head of the Department of Internal Medicine at Emirates Hospital Jumeirah, Dubai. A Member and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP, FRCP), he also holds multiple postgraduate diplomas from the UK and is deeply involved in medical education and professional development. Dr. Salam has delivered hundreds of lectures and educational activities across the region, serves as a tutor in postgraduate programs, and has a particular interest in obesity medicine, cardiometabolic health, and evidence-based clinical practice.
