Dr. Sana Ben Kebaier is an economist specializing in the petrochemicals and chemicals industry, serving as Head of the Economic Research Department at the Gulf Petrochemicals & Chemicals Association (GPCA). She leads research and analysis supporting the association's work on economic trends, industry competitiveness, sustainability and the development of the Gulf chemical sector. She holds a PhD in Energy Economics from Université Paris Dauphine–PSL.
Her work includes research and industry analysis related to energy economics, sustainability, decarbonization and the economic outlook for the Gulf petrochemicals and chemicals industry.
