Dr. Fadia Awadalkreem

Dr. Fadia Alfateh Hamedalneel Awadalkreem is Prosthodontist, Assistant Professor, clinical educator,and researcher at the RAK College of Dental Sciences, RAK Medical and Health Sciences University, United Arab Emirates. With over two decades of experience in clinical practice, higher education, research, and academic leadership, she is dedicated to advancing oral rehabilitation, healthcare education, and professional development. She holds a PhD in Oral Rehabilitation, a Master's degree in Prosthodontics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Implantology, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Medical Education for Healthcare Professionals at the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. Dr. Awadalkreem has authored more than 29 peer-reviewed scientific publications and two international book chapters, supervised numerous undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, and actively mentors students and early-career academics. She serves as Chairperson of the Continuing Professional Development Committee and Student Affairs Representative. A reviewer for leading international peer-reviewed journals and an invited speaker at scientific conferences across Turkey, Montenegro, Russia, India, Egypt, Sudan, and the United Arab Emirates, where she shares expertise in implant dentistry, oral rehabilitation, and research excellence. Dr. Awadalkreem is passionate about empowering healthcare professionals to achieve sustainable career growth through lifelong learning, research excellence, leadership, mentorship, and continuous professional development.
