Dr. Esther Jiménez Quintana

Dr. Jiménez Quintana is the General Manager at Probisearch SLU, a company of Zendal Group. She holds an MSc and PhD in Food Science and Technology with more than 16 years of experience in R&D projects in the field of probiotics for human and animal health.

She is a co-author of 67 publications in SCI journals and 8 book chapters related to the microbiome and the application of probiotics, and a co-inventor of 8 patents.
