Dr. Ahmed Taha

Dr. Ahmed R. Taha, MD, is an Associate Staff Physician within the Critical Care Department of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Hospital Care Institute.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Taha was a Specialist Physician at the cardiac and transplant critical care unit at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Taha received his medical degree from Ain Shams University, Egypt, and completed his residency at the same institution.

Throughout his tenure, Dr. Taha has specialized in postoperative cardiothoracic surgery, post-transplant ICU, and management of different states of shock with special expertise in mechanical assist devices and extracorporeal life support.

Currently, Dr. Taha resides in Abu Dhabi, with his wife and two children. When he’s not working at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. taha enjoys working in his research and publications.
