Doaa Fathallah is a senior executive in the healthcare logistics and pharmaceutical services sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Marken, part of UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics.
She has more than two decades of experience in healthcare logistics and pharmaceuticals. At Marken, she previously served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer beginning in 2011 and also led the company's Patient-Centric Services Division and Polar Speed. In her current COO role, she oversees sales, business strategy, information technology strategy, business analytics, regional operations across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, as well as Advanced Therapies and Patient-Centric Services.
Before joining Marken, Fathallah held senior leadership positions at Patheon, where she served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and at Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, where she was Vice President and General Counsel for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She began her legal career as an associate with Foley & Lardner and later Paul Hastings in Los Angeles.
Fathallah holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from the USC Marshall School of Business, both at the University of Southern California.
She is also participating in BIO Middle East 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where she is listed as Chief Operating Officer, Marken Limited. The event is scheduled for 14–16 December 2026.
