The program will cover contemporary advances in hematology and transfusion medicine, with emphasis on laboratory diagnostics, blood component therapy, immunohematology, coagulation, and hematological malignancies. Topics will include flow cytometry, molecular testing, laboratory automation, AI and digital technologies, blood safety, transfusion practices, quality management, and emerging diagnostic approaches.
