The workshop is designed for professionals involved in graduate medical education, particularly Program Directors, Chairs, Clinical Competency Committee members, Program Evaluation Committee members, and faculty responsible for assessing medical interns, residents, and fellows. The programme focuses on competency-based and outcome-based training, performance assessment, feedback, remediation, professionalism, and work-based assessment. Participants engage in practical activities including peer-to-peer consultation, Clinical Competency Committee decision-making exercises, direct observation activities, procedural assessments, and feedback sessions. The workshop aims to strengthen participants' ability to develop effective assessment systems, collect and use assessment data, and evaluate learner performance.
